My full hypnobirthing course is 10+ hour birth preparation course that uses a personalised approach to teach you the science of birth, and how to use relaxation, self-hypnosis and breathing techniques for your birth. You will come away feeling more informed, confident and empowered for birth and beyond!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is never too early, or too late to start hypnobirthing! The earlier, the better for you to have as long as possible to practice all of the amazing techniques so don\u2019t wait until a certain time in your pregnancy, and also don\u2019t be put off starting if you\u2019re 35+ weeks into your pregnancy because we can still work together!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My online courses include a full 10+ hour birth preparation course that runs over 5 sessions at the day and time each week for 5 consecutive weeks (unless agreed otherwise \u2013 I like to be flexible where I can!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For in person courses, I will travel to you to deliver the course in the comfort of your own home and we can agree days and times to suit us both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Online 1:1 courses are \u00a3250 for one mum-to-be plus as many birth partners as you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In person 1:1 courses are \u00a3300 (plus travel expenses per mile outside of my 20 mile catchment) for one mum-to-be plus as many birth partners as you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Online group courses are \u00a3205 for one mum-to-be plus one birth partner, up to a maximum of 4 families on one group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
